How do I place my order?

  • Once you have decided on the specific product that you’d like to purchase from us, please select the Size & Color  that you wish to buy.

    TIP: Use the size chart on every product page placed below the product title to choose the right size. 

  • Select Add to Cart to add the product to your shopping cart. If there are other products that you’d like to buy from us, continue shopping.

    TIP: Click ‘Qty’ if you want to buy multiple products of the same type. 

  •  Submit your shipping address, select a mode of payment and Select Place Order to buy the product.

    TIP: Pay online to get a Rs 50 Flat off + Rs 50 cashaback on first order in Bofrike Wallet. Look for more offers on every product page.

    Cashback on prepaid orders will get credited to your bofrike wallet once the order gets shipped.

 

My order is not yet packed/shipped

We dispatch all our products in 2-3 working days. Once the order is dispatched you will get your tracking id's via email and text message. We usually deliver in 4-7 working days.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Once your order is placed, you can find details of your order on:

  1. The order confirmation page you will be directed to after placing your order.
  2. E-mail confirmation sent to your registered e-mail id.
  3. SMS confirmation sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. We will send you another confirmation once we ship your order.
Is there any charges that will apply on my order?
  1. We ensure there are no hidden charges in our entire checkout process.
  2. We don't charge extra for shipping on COD or prepaid orders.
  3. The price of the products you see are inclusive of taxes.
I am unable to add products to my Cart.

Please select Size & Color of the product first then the Add to Cart button will be active. In case stock is not available for the selected Size & Color of the product then also Add to Cart button will not be active.

How do I use bofrike wallet money?
  • You can check your bofrike wallet balance by visiting My account > My wallet.
  • To use this balance you can select Pay by wallet option on the payment page.
I want to change my delivery address or phone number.

If your order has been shipped we will not be able to make any changes in the delivery address.

But if you want to change your phone number then you can directly contact our courier partners they will help you out.

How do I receive my order?
  • We had tied up with India's best courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep in 3-7 working days depending on where you live.
  • All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.
How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order visit My account > Orders > View > Track.

It takes 2-3 working days to change the status from processing to shipped.

Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS.

In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order and your order is stuck in the same city from more than 3 days then please share your query in detail along with the order id number & Name on support@bofrike.com. Our customer care executive will work on your query. We will get back to you in the next 24 hours.

I want to modify my order.

Orders can only be modified under processing status. Once the product is shipped it can't be edited.

If COD order then please cancel it by visiting My account > Orders > Cancel and place a new order again.

If prepaid order then please share your query in detail along with the order id number & Name on support@bofrike.com. Our customer care executive will work on your query. We will get back to you in the next 24 hours.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes we provide Free of cost delivery on all our products.

I tried to make a transaction, but it failed. What do I do?

If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, don't worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 7-10 business days.

Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method.

These are the payment methods we accept:

• Net banking

• PayPal

• UPI - Google pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm etc.

When will I receive cashback of my order?

Order cashback will get credited to your bofrike wallet once the order gets shipped.

Can I transfer wallet balance to bank account?

These credits come with unlimited validity. You can use your Credits of Bofrike wallet for buying another product in the future. But you can't transfer bofrike wallet balance into your bank account.

Will Bofrike.com Employee ask for my Confidential Information?

Bofrike.com employees will never ask for your credentials like Bank OTP, Credit/Debit card expiry and CVV or any other confidential information except for your name, address, e-mail id and mobile number.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Are there any additional shipping charges?

I placed multiple orders, but I haven't received all of them.

We send the products from warehouses which are near to you so that you can get them asap. In case of multiple orders products may be coming from different warehouses that's wht they come in different packages and at different duration of time. Don't worry the rest should be arriving soon.

My order status reads delivered, but I have not yet received it.

Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.

If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbour/security guard.

If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception.

Can I exchange/return my product?

Yes, we accept returns and exchange as per your requirement.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it is not shipped yet by visiting My account > My orders > Cancel

If your order is already shipped then we can't cancel it from our side. In this case you can cancel your order when delivery boy calls you or reach at your doorstep for delivery.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
  • We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
  • Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days and a refund in bofrike wallet will take 24-48 hours.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?
  • Cancellations - If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
  • Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team we will exchange that for you.
  • Wrong/ Missing products - We will ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time). If we don't have the stock anymore then refund will be provided.
  • Returns - The refund will be done as per our return policy.
I have forgotten my password.

Once you place your order we automatically create a new account with your email used in your shipping details. A username and password is also sent to your email at the same time. You can check your mails to find that password.

If you are not able to find the password then don't worry just follow the forgot password method and you are good to go.

Do you take bulk orders/ customise products?

Sorry, we don't provide orders in bulk and we don't provide customizable products with your own designs.

Is there any option to try the product before buying it?

We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, in order to make sure you in pick the right size, we have a size chart with measurements on our product pages.

I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
