STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- We suggest you to Login into your Bofrike account before creating your Return/Exchange request (By doing this your all conversations will be saved here and you don’t have to check your mails for our replies. - Now Click on the Green Bot icon present on the bottom right corner.
- Select Contact Us Directly Button.
- Fill the form there by selecting some options and send. Then select Talk To Human or Talk to customer care option and your complaint will be raised successfully with a Ticket id for reference. Always remember the Ticket id of your complaint.
- Now our team will reply within 2-4 working hours. Sunday is a Holiday so there will be no reply to any request.
- You can check all our replies to your complaint under recent conversations of this bot Or you can check your All mail Inbox or Spam regularly.
Bofrike endeavors to provide the best quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction. However, if the customer chooses to return the product, Bofrike accepts returns under the following conditions
• Refund/Return policy is applicable on all products.
• There will be a 5% error from visual experience of the product to the actual product due to technicalities like lighting in LCD and CMYK print schemas
• Products claiming refund must be returned in same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.
• Customers can return/ exchange their order within 7 days after the order delivery.
• All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact
• Refund of shipping and COD charges are not applicable.
• If you got wrong or defected product then it can be exchanged with the correct product.
• If you want to exchange your product with different size or color and product is under 500gm then we charge Rs100 extra for that and if product weight is between 500-1000gm then we charge Rs150 and for every additional 500gm weight Rs50 will be added. So please choose the correct size and color of your product.
• To Self-ship your returns, You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it via speed post to the address below:

• All refunds will be provided into your bank account.
How long the refund procedure takes?
1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
If you want to exchange or return your product fill the above form within 7 days of delivery. All the return requests raised after that will not be entertained.
